Bexar Street Group ("we", "us") buys houses in San Antonio and the surrounding area. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, who helps us process it, and the choices you have. It applies to www.bexarstreetgroup.com.
Information you give us
When you fill in a form on this site we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number, the property address, and your answers to the property questions (for example ownership, condition, occupancy, timeline, payoff and price expectations, and why you are selling). The contact, probate and foreclosure forms collect the fields shown on those forms. You can browse the site without giving us any of this.
Information collected automatically
- We use a first-party, privacy-focused site tracker to understand visits. It records a temporary session identifier, the pages visited, the referring website, campaign labels, broad device type, and time actively spent on each page. It does not record what you type into forms, your IP address, or sensitive parameters from page addresses.
- With each form submission we record the page the form was on, the page you arrived at, the referring site, advertising parameters in the address (utm, gclid, fbclid), your browser type, and the country reported by our hosting provider.
- Your IP address is used, in hashed form, to limit repeated submissions and to detect abuse. The hash is stored with the submission; the IP address itself is not.
- Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile may set a cookie and collects device and browser signals under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- This site does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook pixels, cross-site advertising cookies or advertising remarketing tags.
- Fonts and images are served from this site. No third party font service receives your requests.
How we use it
- To review the property and contact you about it by phone, text message or email, which is why you submitted the form.
- To send you the guide you requested (probate guide, foreclosure checklist).
- To keep records of the leads we receive and how we followed up.
- To understand which pages and referral sources are useful, improve the site, and measure how often visits become inquiries.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
Calls and texts: the forms state that by submitting you agree that Bexar Street Group may call and text you at the number provided, including by automated means, about your property. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to opt out, or tell us by phone or email.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosts the site, stores form submissions in our database, and provides Turnstile.
- Resend: sends our notification and acknowledgement emails.
- Pushover: sends Gabriel an internal phone notification when a lead arrives. No messages are sent to visitors by this service.
- Supabase: hosts our internal lead management system (Bexar Deal Desk), where submissions are copied for follow up.
- Google: Search Console site verification only.
These providers act on our instructions and under their own privacy and security terms. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other companies for their marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and messages while your inquiry is open and for four years afterwards for our business records, then delete them. First-party session analytics are deleted after 13 months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below); we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
- You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing or calling us at the contact details below. We answer these requests personally.
- You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and out of emails by replying to any email we send.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are stored with access restricted to Bexar Street Group. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is for adults dealing with real estate. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes we will post the new version here with a new date.
