What an as-is sale usually means
You are telling buyers that you do not plan to repair or improve the property before closing. A buyer can still inspect the house, ask questions, review title, and decide whether the condition fits the price.
For a direct sale to Bexar Street Group, you do not need to paint, replace flooring, repair a foundation, clear out unwanted belongings, or prepare the home for repeated showings.
You should still disclose known material defects when required. “As-is” is not a substitute for honest information or a clear written agreement.
